Stress Management: Biju is a life coach with training in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), EFT Tapping, and mindfulness practices. She has a passion for holistic wellness that integrates the mind body and spirit.

Join us as we strive to honor God with our bodies, through nutrition, physical activity, and mental health.
