Fried Rice
Ingredients
rice, best to use day old cooked rice
butter
low sodium soy sauce
peas
corn
onion
fresh garlic, minced
2-3 eggs
Directions
- If making fresh cooked rice, rinse uncooked rice until water is clear.
- Add butter to wok or pan, brown.
- Add soy sauce (better to start with small amount, add more if necessary).
- Cook until rice is light, light brown.
- Cook peas, corn, onion, garlic in a separate pan. Cook till brown
- Whisk 2 - 3 eggs. Add to vegetable mix and cook.
- Mix everything together and serve.
