Cucumber Sandwiches
Servings vary by size of loaves used
Ingredients
12 ounces cream cheese
¾ cup of mayo
1 package of dry Italian salad dry mix
Fresh dry dill weed
Cucumber sliced thin, (I used 2 English cucumbers)
2 drops of Tabasco sauce
2 loaves of bread cut into 1" slices. I used one French, and one wheat - small diameters.
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese, mayo, dressing mix and Tabasco sauce and refrigerate for at least 4 hours if you have time.
- Slice bread in 1" widths.
- Cut cucumber thinly and use fresh dill on top.
- Layer bread, then dip, then cucumber, then fresh dill to make sandwiches.
