Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (4oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until blended.
- Spoon into a shallow ovenproof dish or 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350˚’ for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
After baking, you can top with
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
2 tablespoons chopped cherry tomatoes
